Submitting a request immediately logs out all active sessions and starts a 7-day grace period.
⚠️Do NOT log into the mobile game for 7 days: Logging into the game app during this period will automatically cancel deletion and reactivate your account.
During these 7 days, you can restore your account by simply logging into the game or choosing 'Cancel Deletion' on this portal.
After 7 days, your account profile, game progress, scores, friends list, and personal data are permanently and irreversibly deleted.
Financial records (legal/tax) and security logs (up to 180 days for fraud prevention) are securely encrypted and accessible only via court order.
